Free Pipes was founded in Egypt in 1998, specialising in the manufacture and supply of seamless pipe fittings — elbows, tees, and bends. Over two and a half decades, we have grown to become one of the largest recognised manufacturers in the Middle East for seamless elbow and tee fittings.
Our facility in Abo Rawash, Giza is equipped with world-class machinery capable of producing fittings from ¼" to 48" NPS across all schedules. Every product is chemically analysed and radiographically tested by Egypt's Central Metallurgical R&D Institute (CMRDI).

Seamless Elbows & Tee Fittings
All products manufactured to ASME B16.9. Special dimensions and wall thicknesses available on request. Chemical analysis and radiographic testing by CMRDI per ASTM E415-21 and ASME Section V on every batch.
Short Radius Elbows — R = 1D
ASME B16.9 short radius elbows in 90° and 180°. Preferred for compact piping layouts where space is limited.
Long Radius Elbows — R = 1.5D
Most widely specified elbow for oil & gas and process piping. Superior flow characteristics and lower pressure drop.
ASME Bends — R = 2.5D
Medium radius bends for smoother flow transitions. Available in 45° and 90°.
ASME Bends — R = 3D & 5D
Long radius bends for lowest flow resistance — ideal for slurry, high-velocity, and sensitive process applications.
Equal Tees
Standard equal tee fittings with identical branch and run diameters. Full pressure rating, seamlessly forged for maximum integrity.
Reducing Tees
Branch outlet smaller than run pipe. Comprehensive range of reducing combinations from small bore to large diameter.

X-ray radiographic testing per ASME Section V, Article 2 using X-RAY Andrex 300 KV. All positions evaluated — zero defects accepted. Full test records supplied on request.
